For bus service to and from the station for nearby buses and inner-city buses
1. Subjects of application:
- Neighboring bus: is a bus operating within two adjacent provinces and cities, with a transport distance of 20 km to less than 100 km.
- Urban bus: is a bus operating within a province or city.
2. Services provided:
Bus service to and from the station:
- Pick up and drop off service at the bus station.
- Cargo loading and unloading service at the bus station.
- Vehicle cleaning and maintenance services at the bus station.
Support Services:
- Information service about bus routes, ticket prices, and operating hours.
- Bus ticket sales service.
- Parking service at the bus station.
3. Service price:
- Station entrance and exit service prices for nearby buses and inner-city buses are regulated according to Decree 177/2013/ND-CP detailing the implementation of the Road Traffic Law and Decisions of the Provincial People’s Committee/ The city regulates prices for bus services entering and exiting bus stations.
- The specific service price will depend on the type of vehicle, route, departure time and accompanying services.
4. Implementation process:
For adjacent buses:
- Nearby bus transport businesses carry out procedures to buy tickets to enter and exit the bus station according to regulations.
- The adjacent bus picks up and drops off passengers at the designated area at the bus station.
For city buses:
- Urban buses pick up and drop off passengers at designated stops on the route.
- Passengers can buy tickets directly on the bus or at ticket sales points.
